Ductless or Mini-Split Heat Pump
A ductless split system or mini-split heat pump has one outdoor unit but can have one or more indoor units. Ductless heat pumps are an excellent option in homes that do not have existing ductwork (for example, homes with electric or hot water baseboard heat) to avoid the cost of retrofitting.
